What we do

The Diverse Business Network (DBN) began in 2020 as a small online networking event for Black and Ethnic Minority small business owners to come together each month to support each other.

Utilizing the findings from reports such as Natwest’s Time to Change or FSB’s Unlocking Opportunity which highlight the challenges for minoritized groups to access business development, finance or other support services. The DBN has been established as a Limited by Guarantee Business, to support small businesses overcome the challenges and barriers which prevent longevity and success. By working collaboratively our members can achieve improved outcomes.
